- Responsibility for the absorption of olim in 16 Absorption Centers throughout the country.
- Management of the project in conjunction with various Government Ministries: the Ministry of Immigrant Absorption, the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Education and the Branch for Conversion.
- Management of the Project in conjunction with delegations of donors from North America and other parts of the world.

Initiation and formation of frameworks for educational activity for ages 3 through 90. Doubling of demand for the Association’s activities over the course of one year.
1997-2004 Administration and integration of operational/technological projects in the Intelligence Branch of the IDF
- Assistant Commander of the decoding operations of the Intelligence Corps.
- Head of the project to consolidate the Mapping Unit with Visual Intelligence operations in the Intelligence Corps.
- Integrator and Project Coordinator – General Headquarters Visual Intelligence Center.
- Initiation, planning and integration of activity in large, complex and multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects. Characterization and formation of the initial concept, integration of technology, support for the planning process together with private/civilian and government offices, support and integration in the creation process of the various construction, infrastructure, technology, communication, logistics and operational entities involved. Management of a multi-million shekel budget. Focus on exploiting resources and organizational abilities and initiation of processes for increased efficiency, improved functioning and savings.
